Poster Specifications & Guidelines

Posters must be designed to fit a 0.90 meter by 1.20-meter high poster board. The day to display your poster and the corresponding number of the poster boards can be obtained from the abstract book, which will be handed to you at the registration desk. Please note this number may be different from your abstract number. Material for mounting posters will be available on the spot.


Registration

Presenters are required to register for the meeting. An online meeting registration form and updated conference information are posted on the conference website. You are encouraged to register and to make your hotel arrangements as soon as possible.


Poster schedule

  • Set up: All posters must be in place by 9.00 am October 7, 2009
  • Open: Posters will be displayed from 9.00 - 17.45 on October 7-8, 2009 and from 9.00 to 12.00 on October 9, 2009
  • Discussion time: Presenters should be at their poster from 13.15 - 14.30 on October 8, 2009
  • Take down: All posters must be taken down by 15.00, October 9, 2009
