Registration fees

The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions and exhibition area from 7th to 9th October, lunches and coffee breaks on all the days of the conference, one invitation to the Welcome Reception on 7th October evening and all congress material (with abstracts book).

All registration forms must be accompanied by the appropriate payment in order to secure place. Registration forms without payment will not be accepted.

Members of ISoP are eligible for the “member” rate. If ISoP cannot verify your current membership, you will be charged the non-member rate.
When you pay and register as a Non-Member at the full registration rate, you will receive ISoP membership status from 1 January until 31 December 2010 (this membership does not include a subscription to the journal Society ‘Drug Safety’).
A welcome letter will be sent after the conference when the Applications Committee of ISoP confirmed the acceptance.

* Full time students (under 30 years old) can benefit from the student fee (300 euros). Student fee registration must be accompanied by proof of status (photocopy of the relevant document has to be sent by fax to ISOP2009 secretariat (+33.3.26.83.23.79) ) within 2 weeks of the online registration (see below for contact details). Otherwise, application cannot be accepted.

Gala Dinner: Gala Dinner ticket is not included in the registration fees. An additional ticket of 85 euros must be paid by those wishing to attend (110€ for accompanying persons).

Confirmation of Booking

Written confirmation will be sent by e-mail to all registered delegates. You will receive a receipt of payment at the Conference site when pick up your delegates pack. If you need a receipt before the meeting, please contact ISoP 2009: isop2009@chu-reims.fr


Cancellation fee

Cancellation of individual registration bookings received in writing by the secretariat will be refunded after the conference at the following rates:

  • Before 31th July : 50% of the registration fee refunded
  • After 1st August we regret no refund can be made. Name substitutions can be made at any time (according to registration fees status).


Note that all refunds will be made after the meeting.
